Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a part-time clinician to provide individualized support and evidence-based treatment to clients navigating substance use and recovery in Newark, DE.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation and collaboration with partners to coordinate care in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or equivalent and related experience.
• Minimum five years in substance abuse treatment.
• Certification in addiction counseling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as appropriate.
• Support clients through case management, crisis intervention, and recovery planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with treatment providers and community partners to coordinate care.
• Facilitate group sessions and educational programming supporting recovery goals.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
