Holcomb Behavioral Health System in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time clinician to provide individualized support, evidence-based treatment, and compassionate guidance within a Drug & Alcohol/DUI Treatment Program.

You will conduct substance use assessments, deliver individual, group, and family counseling, and support clients through case management and recovery planning while adhering to regulatory requirements and agency standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of substance abuse treatment experience
• Certification in addiction counseling a plus

• Facilitate group sessions and educational programming that support recovery goals.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Deliver high-quality, client-centered services in accordance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as clinically appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field; OR
• High school diploma/equivalent combined with qualifying experience and/or required certifications
• Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in substance abuse treatment
• Certification in addiction counseling a plus!

MUST HAVE

• • Strong assessment, counseling, and case management abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care
  • Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Clearances:
  • Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances
  • FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
  • Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare

At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted for the requirements specified under Education and Experience
