Job summary

Impact Life, Inc. is seeking a credentialed Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Counselor in Newark, Delaware for a part-time role up to 18 hours per week. You will provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling within the IOP, focusing on substance use and co-occurring disorders.

You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, ensure documentation compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients through recovery. A CADC and relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active Delaware CADC credential required.
• Master's degree and licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for IOP clients.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team for continuity of care.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation across EHR.
• Educate clients and families on recovery and relapse prevention.
