Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time clinician to provide individualized treatment and compassionate guidance to clients navigating substance use and recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered services and maintain thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include assessments, counseling (individual, group, and family), crisis intervention, and coordination with partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in substance abuse treatment.
• Certification in addiction counseling a plus!
• Must have Act 33/34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprinting, Medicaid/Medicare exclusions verification.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as clinically appropriate.
• Support clients through case management, crisis intervention, and recovery planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with treatment providers and community partners to coordinate care.
• Facilitate group sessions and educational programming that support recovery goals.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
