Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Community Connections SAPS Coalition and prevention system activities.
• Facilitate coalition meetings and maintain partner relationships.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive prevention plan based on data and best practices.
• Support overdose prevention efforts and grant-funded initiatives.
• Engage schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community partners.
• Collect and report data to funders and leadership, ensuring compliance.
