Job summary

Chimes, Easton, PA, seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments and individual and group psychotherapy for substance use treatment. A Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and licensure or eligibility is required; experience with substance use and evidence-based interventions is essential.

You will develop treatment plans, deliver crisis services as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychology).
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.
• Experience in substance use treatment settings with evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments for newly admitted clients.
• Provide outpatient therapy for individuals with substance use disorders.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and recovery goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy based on clinical needs.
• Deliver crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services as necessary.
• Apply evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries).
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and client support systems.
• Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and ongoing training standards.
