Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in Phoenixville, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family and group psychotherapy to a diverse client population within the Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Program. The role covers the full age and diagnostic spectrum and requires a strong clinical foundation and commitment to evidence-based care.

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists (regionally accredited).
• One year of experience in the behavioral health field for mental health therapists.
• LPC licensure preferred; co-occurring certification encouraged and supervision leading to licensure available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal clinical assessments of clients upon admission.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization services, as clinically necessary.
• Perform substance abuse treatment as defined by the program description.
• Conduct individual, family, or group therapy, as clinically indicated.
