Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is hiring a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) or Trainee (SUDPT) to deliver evidence-based SUD services and maintain timely documentation. You will work under supervision to provide counseling, psycho-educational classes, and case management aligned with the Individual Service Plan.

Qualifications include an SUDPT credential or pursuit of one, and an Associate’s Degree in a related field; a SUDP credential is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Credentialed with the WA Department of Health as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT).
• Associate’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field.
• SUDP requires Associate’s Degree; SUDPT may be pursuing it or credentialed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based substance use disorder services through counseling and case management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and daily notes per program policy.
• Collaborate with Pioneer behavioral health providers and community partners.
