Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree is required or BA desired
• Washington State SUD Professional/Trainee Certification required
• Current Driver’s License
• Pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Orients and educates clients and families by meeting them in and out of the office; collaborating on the recovery plan.
• Assists SUD with group planning and facilitation; provides assessments and individual services
• Provides Crisis Management Services.
• Participates in QI activities and committees.
• Performs real world problem solving with clients in office or community settings
• Advocates for clients with community, family, providers, landlords, etc.
