This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting individuals through their 16-week journey toward recovery, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in case management, report writing, and program coordination.Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop individualized service plans for program participants.Provide ongoing case management, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and adjustments to recovery plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records using Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.Facilitate group and individual meetings to promote recovery and peer support.Coordinate referrals to community resources such as housing, employment, education, and healthcare services.Prepare detailed monthly reports to track participant progress and program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with program staff, clinical professionals, and community partners to ensure holistic support for participants.Advocate for participants, helping them navigate challenges related to substance use, housing, employment, and mental health.Ensure compliance with all program policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.Minimum of two years experience in case management or working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Knowledge of local resources and support services for individuals in recovery.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows, and Outlook, as well as have a working knowledge or familiarity with case management software.Must have valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation for off-site meetings and participant support (as needed).Must be at least 21 years of age or older and have ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.Additional InformationBeginning rate of pay is $18 per hour.Full-time position (Monday through Friday).Goodwill Industries of the Summit offers benefits including retirement, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and paid time off.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
