Job summary

Centurion seeks a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Substance Use Disorder team at Baltimore City Correctional Center in Baltimore, MD. Evening shift schedule offers 16 hours per week, including weekends, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

LPNs provide direct patient care, follow treatment modalities, and support detox protocols in a correctional setting. Active Maryland LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in clinic or long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year experience preferred in community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Perform nursing procedures and follow detox protocols.
• Support SUD treatment team with patient assessments and care planning.
