Job summary

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-time Counselor to join our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Clinic in Monroe, NC. You will craft person-centered treatment plans and lead individual and group counseling sessions as part of a dedicated team dedicated to recovery.

The role requires a Master’s level license (LCAS/LMFT/LCSW/LCMHC) with at least 1 year of adolescent clinical experience and SUD-focused work. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing licensure support.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's level licensure (LCAS/LMFT/LCSW/LCMHC).
• Minimum 1 year experience with adolescents in clinical settings.
• Experience with substance use disorders and justice-related services.

Responsibilities

• Craft person-centered treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress; adjust treatments as needed.
• Lead individual and group counseling sessions for patients and families.
• Connect patients with medical, mental health, and social support services.
• Participate in clinical supervision for professional growth.
