What are the qualifications needed for this role?:
We're looking for a minimum Master's degree-level fully licensed or associate licensed Family Counselor (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC). The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the adolescent population in a clinical setting, as well as at least 1 year of experience specifically working with individuals facing substance use challenges. Additionally, we're looking for a candidate with a strong interest in justice services, the ability to engage and support adolescents in overcoming substance use issues, and also a strong understanding of the intersection of substance use, mental health, and justice involvement.
