Qualifications

• CASAC or CASAC-T credential required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with experience acceptable.
• Strong boundary-setting and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use counseling, education, and support to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain a caseload of 12-15 participants and deliver individual and group counseling.
• Participate in treatment planning and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and treatment planning within required timeframes.
• Submit timely progress notes, discharge summaries, and required reporting.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in on-call rotation.
• Attend and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and referrals to community resources.
