La Frontera Center Inc. is seeking a Substance Abuse Therapist in Apache Junction, AZ. You will provide psychotherapy for adults and families, facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups using a structured curriculum, and integrate individual or family therapy as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, AZBBHE licensure preferred, and experience with substance abuse treatment. Strong communication, trauma-informed practice, and bilingual Spanish are valued; evenings may be

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work required.
• AzBBHE licensure preferred.
• Experience with substance abuse treatment and facilitating groups preferred.
• Must be organized and reliable; trauma-informed; able to individualize treatment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fingerprint clearance card required or eligible to obtain.
• AZ driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
