GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a Counselor to develop, organize, and conduct programs educa-ting on drug and alcohol issues. The role includes individual and group counseling, and applying evidence‑based practices in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience providing drug and alcohol counseling in social work or criminal justice settings.
• Bachelor's degree with 18 behavioral-science credits or equivalent.
• PCB certification as CAC is an alternative path.
• Master's degree with relevant coursework also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substance abuse program activities and schedule intakes, group and individual sessions.
• Lead psycho-educational/behavior modification groups.
• Develop and update treatment plans and document progress.
• Maintain clinical documentation and DOC database entries.
• Deliver programs including batterer intervention or violence prevention.
• Support ongoing staff training and collaboration.
