DeCoach Recovery Centre in Fairborn, OH is hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor Assistant (CDCA, LCDC) for full-time, Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00am–6:30pm. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with substance use and behavioral health needs.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, accurate clinical documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current CDCA, LCDC II/III, LICDC or higher-level certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while seeking supervision when needed.
• Strong organizational skills with caseload management and timely documentation.

Responsibilities
