Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Phoenixville, PA, seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family and group psychotherapy to a diverse client base across ages.
The role requires a Master's in a clinical discipline, LPC preferred, and at least one year of experience with justice-involved individuals; clinical supervision leading to licensure is available. You will collaborate with teams and maintain thorough documentation.

In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Location: Phoenixville, PA
Pay Rate: $30+/hour Billable Rate
Education: Master's degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Experience: One year of experience in the behavioral health field for mental health therapists. 1 year of ex perience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals, including those currently or formerly incarcerated. Familiarity with court systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and correctional institutions are highly preferred.
Licensure/Certification: LPC Licensed Preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus). Co-occurring professional certification is strongly encouraged - clinical supervision leading to licensure available.
Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
