Job summary

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Subsidy Support Specialist Advanced to assist with eligibility screening, enrollments, and provider support within the Family Advocate and Provider Support Services teams.

The role requires coordinating documentation, maintaining program data, and delivering excellent customer service across channels. This position is based in-person at our North Park office, with potential for hybrid scheduling based on needs.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or two (2) years' equivalent related experience required.
Three (3) years of experience in an administrative setting, data entry, or high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Assist families and providers at appointments, orientations, and walk-ins.
Facilitate enrollment into internal and external services and programs.
Provide administrative support with coordination, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity.
Maintain database and tracking information for program statistics and reports.
Update and format program forms and route documentation for enrolled families.
Provide direct services to program clients and providers to fulfill Funding Terms and Conditions.
Deliver high-quality customer service and handle front desk responsibilities, including inquiries and scheduling.
