• Bill agencies and reconcile payments from parents and agencies.
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with families and collaborate with caseworkers.
• Use state subsidy systems (e.g., CCTA, Kinder Connect) proficiently.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each child receiving assistance.
• Demonstrate exceptional service and positive impact.
