KinderCare is seeking a Subsidy Tuition Coordinator in New Jersey with strong bookkeeping and customer service skills. This on‑site/remote role supports centers with child care assistance programs, ensuring compliant billing, reimbursements, and reporting.

You will maintain subsidy records, coordinate with agencies, and participate in staff huddles and meetings while providing excellent service to field operations and government partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong digital literacy across financial systems and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities for centers with child care assistance programs.
• Process and maintain authorizations; secure reimbursements with centers and agencies.
• Review attendance documents and bill according to agency guidelines.
• Reconcile payments, AR adjustments, and potential re-bill opportunities.
• Prepare reports and audit center financial records as required.
• Maintain subsidy records and form relationships with partners.
• Attend huddle calls and center director meetings; assist with audits.
