Healthy Kids Programs in Fishkill, NY is seeking a Customer Experience & Automation Specialist for part-time enrollment support and systems improvement. You’ll help families navigate registration, subsidies, and documentation while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

The role blends customer service with technology and process improvement; you’ll work with CRM systems, gain familiarity with childcare subsidies, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Ops to enhance

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, enrollment, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families through phone and email.
• Guide families through registration, enrollment, scheduling, and required documentation.
• Process registrations including billing, scheduling, and account setup.
• Follow up with prospective families to complete enrollment and engagement.
• Develop expertise in childcare subsidy and tuition assistance programs.
• Track subsidy-related progress and communicate next steps to families.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and SOPs.
