Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs in Fishkill, NY is hiring a Subsidy Finance Coordinator to oversee the childcare subsidy program across sites. You will register new sites, renew registrations, process state subsidy requests, bill agencies and reconcile payments, and partner with families and caseworkers to keep enrollment smooth.

Location: Healthy Kids Programs, 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524 - In Person

Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As a Subsidy Finance Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee the childcare subsidy program for Healthy Kids sites, including:
• Registering new sites to accept subsidies.

• Ability to explain complex eligibility and documentation requirements in a clear and supportive manner.
• Experience supporting families from diverse backgrounds.
