Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Payments Sales Manager Associate within the North American Subsidiary Payments Sales team. You will build a disciplined selling strategy, manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, and collaborate with product/coverage teams to deliver client outcomes and grow the pipeline.

Responsibilities include deepening relationships, supporting senior managers, and driving end-to-end deal execution across cash management, trade, liquidity, FX, and merchant acquiring.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Payments products.
• Ability to engage key decision makers and develop client opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and grow existing client relationships through proactive engagement and disciplined follow-up.
• Support portfolio growth by assisting senior sales managers with sales execution and client engagement activities.
• Develop new profitable business from prospective clients by identifying needs and proposing solutions.
• Document deal solutions and proposals and prepare materials for client presentations and negotiations.
• Manage proposal development and the end-to-end sales process, including RFI/RFP responses.
• Partner with product stakeholders by representing the client perspective in product development.
• Understand client goals and environments to identify requirements and opportunities across the full product suite.
• Monitor and update the Sales pipeline with accurate data entry.
• Support the development and maintenance of account plans and reviews.
• Operate with a risk-based mindset ensuring compliance and quality standards.
