Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is seeking an Accounting Manager to provide financial and performance reporting for the Mid-Atlantic subsidiary. The role supports system navigation in Dynamics, ExFlow, and ECS360 Collections and handles vendor, payment, and reporting inquiries.

Responsibilities include posting and reconciling client payments, orphan payment resolution, and assisting new staff with accounting processes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• If driving for ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, and banking.
• Proficient in Dynamics, ExFlow, and ECS360 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and performance reporting to the subsidiary management team.
• Support new hires post-training in Dynamics, ExFlow, and ECS360 Collections.
• Postings and reconciliation of client payments using Wells Fargo Integrated Receivables and Dynamics.
• Conduct orphan payment searches and resolve issues.
• Assist in tracking aged receivables and reporting at the subsidiary level.
• Provide IT liaison support for security compliance and issue resolution.
