Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks an Accounting Manager for the Mid-Atlantic subsidiary to deliver financial reporting and performance analysis. You will support new hires with Dynamics, ExFlow, and ECS360, and manage vendor, payment, and reporting inquiries across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting, and strong Excel/GL skills. Expect cross‑location collaboration and responsibility for aging receivables and payment reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Proficient with GL posting, Excel, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and performance reporting to the subsidiary management team.
• Support new hires with Dynamics, ExFlow, and ECS360 Collections.
• Post and reconcile client payments using Wells Fargo tools and Dynamics.
• Conduct orphan payment searches and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with aging receivables tracking and reporting at the subsidiary level.
• Provide coverage for Office Administrators during PTO or transitions.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
