Job summary

Airswift is sourcing a highly experienced Contracts Analyst- Subsea for a 12-month W2 contract based near The Woodlands, TX. The role supports an offshore development program and leads commercial activities across SPS and SURF packages, interfacing with project, engineering, legal, finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sourcing, contract strategy, economic modelling, and negotiations with EPCI contractors and equipment suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Law, Finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, contracts or commercial roles for oil & gas/offshore/capital projects.
• Strong SCM experience in subsea developments including SPS and SURF packages.
• Experience with SPS equipment (trees, wellheads, controls, manifolds) and SURF scopes (umbilicals, risers, flowlines).
• Proven record in leading high-value tenders and negotiations with EPCI contractors and subsea suppliers.
• Proficiency in commercial risk allocation, contracting strategy, cost benchmarking and bid normalization.
• Experience across international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Ariba and SAP; Icertis is advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement translating technical issues into contractual positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for major subsea packages from market engagement to award.
• Develop procurement plans and contract strategies for SPS/SURF packages.
• Build commercial models and contract terms for offshore scopes (FEED/EPCI, fabrication, installation).
• Evaluate interfaces across FPSO, SPS, SURF, drilling and completions.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts using Ariba, Icertis and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope, risk, changes and supplier performance.
• Provide market intelligence, cost benchmarking, bid normalization and savings tracking.
