Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Contracts Analyst for FPSO programs in the Texas area. The role centers on leading procurement strategy and contracting activity for FPSO lease and operate agreements, working with project, engineering, legal, finance and operations teams on a high-value capital project.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in oil & gas contracts, FPSO exposure, and proven negotiation and commercial modeling skills. Strong English, advanced analytics, and MS 365 proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, contracts, or commercial roles in oil and gas or offshore capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Law, Finance or related discipline.
• FPSO experience including lease and operate, bareboat charter, and O&M structures.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-value tenders and negotiations with FPSO contractors and offshore installers.
• Experience across international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting newbuild or redeployment projects, topsides and hull interfaces, mooring and marine interfaces.
• Strong capability in developing procurement plans and contracting strategies aligned with schedule and budget.
• End-to-end sourcing activity: RFI, RFP, ITT, bid evaluation, clarification, negotiation, award.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk allocation, bid normalization, price escalation, and performance security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and commercial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and contracting activity for FPSO lease and operate agreements.
• Develop procurement plans and contracting strategies aligned with project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Conduct complex tenders and negotiations with FPSO contractors, operators, yards and offshore installers.
• Translate technical execution issues into clear contractual positions and risk-adjusted recommendations.
