Wärtsilä is seeking a Contract Coordinator for Fleet Optimisation Solutions on a 3‑month assignment. The role supports customers by managing agreements, service delivery coordination and accurate billing.

Reporting to the Manager Subscription Coordination FOS, you will ensure smooth execution and proactive communications with clients. The ideal candidate has subscription sales experience, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in subscription sales or similar models.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central).
• Experience with CRM systems and customer data handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual reconciliations of FOS Rolling Flat Fee offering.
• Amend fees as per contract and issue final balance invoices/credits.
• Develop and maintain customer satisfaction; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Update customer accounts, service and opportunity data in CRM.
• Balance capacity and manage priorities within the global team.
• Support process improvements and governance practices.

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is temporary (3 months) , and the preferred location is in the UK , with a remote work model.

Purpose of the role:

As the FOS Subscription Specialist - Contract Coordinator , your work will focus on supporting the customer, by handling the Agreement, assuring the correct execution of service provision, coordination of contract adjustments and correct billing.

In this position you will be reporting to the Manager Subscription Coordination FOS.

Main accountabilities:

• Preparation of annual reconciliations of Wartsila’s FOS Rolling Flat Fee offering.
• Amending fees as per the contract and issuing of final balance invoices/credits where appropriate.

Further Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain day-to-day contact with customers, building strong relationships with key-stakeholders through phone- and email and (occasional) customer visits,
• Handling customer inquiries, orders and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner,
• Answer requests and send information to customers (e.g. Consumption Information)
• Update relevant customer (account), Service and Opportunity Information in CRM
• Balance capacity and managing priorities in the global team
• Secure process quality and Business Governance practices
• Actively contribute to improvement initiatives of processes, tools and applications to increase performance.

Main Requirements in this role are:

• Good understanding of the impact of our services in the context of customers operations and processes
• Proven experience in execution of subscription sales business models
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, ERP-Microsoft Business Central and Wartsila’s FOS offering.
• Further Knowledge of the environment and products (advantage)
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently to fulfil tasks
• Open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
