• Compile and send subrogation packets and letters.
• Maintain recovery targets and ensure aging is managed.
• Collaborate with legal and claims teams to maximize recoveries.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and provide timely updates.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
