• Review liability and damages to assess subrogation potential.
• Negotiate recoveries with carriers and responsible parties.
• Maintain diary systems and document key activities clearly.
• Manage expenses on assigned files, including legal costs.
• Support and coordinate with insureds, claimants and attorneys.
