Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with property & casualty, auto, or workers' compensation subrogation principles.
  • Ability to analyze liability, damages, and coverage to assess recovery potential.
  • Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
