Job summary

United Subrogation Associates in Dallas, TX is seeking a driven Subrogation Recovery professional to manage and maximize recoveries in a fast-paced insurance environment. You will investigate claims, manage caseloads from inception to resolution, and negotiate settlements with adverse parties and insurers.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical abilities, and proficiency with claims software and MS Office. A related degree is preferred and organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in subrogation, insurance claims, or collections recovery.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with property & casualty, auto, or workers' compensation subrogation principles.
• Ability to analyze liability, damages, and coverage to assess recovery potential.
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
