Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with plaintiff litigation related matters.
• Review, organize, and summarize reports and other case material.
• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and investigations as needed.
• Prepare exhibits and provide assistance at trial.
