Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents (notices, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and releases).
• Coordinate investigations, preserve loss scenes and evidence, and manage expert assignments.
• Schedule scene inspections and evidence exams.
• Support trial preparation: marshal exhibits, pleadings, subpoenas, witnesses.
• Draft client status updates and maintain ongoing communication with lawyers.
