Consilio LLC is assisting a regional firm in Dallas, TX to hire a Litigation/Trial Paralegal. The role supports attorneys through all litigation phases with a strong emphasis on trial preparation and courtroom support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or Paralegal Certification required.
• 10+ years of heavy litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, with emphasis on trial prep.
• Manage and maintain calendar for deadlines.
• Assist with document production and case file review.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness files.
• Coordinate subpoenas and trial witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial-related documents.
• Provide in-court support during trial and exhibit management.
• Proofread materials per firm standards.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
