Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or related experience.
• Experience supporting estimators or submittals is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather and initiate shop drawing submittals for approval on various projects.
• Create and keep current submittal charts.
• Coordinate with estimators on correct submittals and verify specification sections.
• Organize submittals across various submittal software platforms.
• Perform other duties as requested in a timely fashion.
