Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel formulas (SUM, IF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and basic math for payroll.
• Ability to calculate regular hours, overtime, deductions, and gross-to-net pay accurately.
• Experience reconciling payroll reports against timekeeping records and correcting discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll support across all payroll processes and act as back-up for payroll processing.
• Review and verify employee timecards for weekly payroll processing.
• Enter and maintain payroll data and support reconciliation and audits.
• Process job incentives and manage employee reimbursements.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks as schedule allows.
