Job summary

Conservice is the leading utility and billing management company for multifamily housing, seeking Meter Technicians to install, maintain, and repair water submeters across properties. You will handle installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of metering systems while collaborating with property managers and staff.

Expect travel about 25% and a merit-based schedule with company vehicle and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to use a Windows laptop with basic Excel and Gmail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters.
• Troubleshoot submeter performance and data transmission.
• Calibrate submeters for accurate water usage.
• Maintain installation records and updates to communication systems.
• Assist property staff and residents on meter operation.
