Conservice seeks a Meter Technician to install, program, and maintain submeters across multifamily properties. You will collaborate with property managers, ensure accurate data transmission, and perform routine inspections.

The role requires physical work, travel about 25%, and a commitment to safety and quality service. Candidates should be proficient with Windows laptops, Excel, and Gmail, with a customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows-based laptops and basic Excel/Gmail usage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work from ladders up to 10 feet.
• Reliable driving record and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related communication systems in multifamily homes and retail areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for accurate measurement and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose submeter performance, connectivity, or data transmission issues.
• Calibrate submeters and monitor energy/water consumption data for anomalies.
• Collaborate with property staff and managers to address questions or concerns.
• Document installations and maintenance in records and adapt to safety guidelines.
• Travel as required to client sites and ensure timely service.
