Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 6 years of experience or
• High School diploma/GED or military experience equivalent with 8 years of experience.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Strong multi-tasking, discretion, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical document systems.
• Assist with tracking and completion support of commitments and document completion.
• Analyze program operations and workflows to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and implementation strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Lead reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with requirements and improve quality.
• Coordinate travel and prepare travel documentation including expense reports.
• Monitor task execution and advise leadership on actions and dependencies.
