Job summary

Serco Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Action Officer to support the Navy's Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office. You will organize and maintain document systems, track commitments, and prepare executive briefings for senior leadership.

Candidate must be able to obtain a DoW Secret clearance, hold a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or an Associate's with 6 years, or a high school diploma with 8 years). Proficiency in MS Office and ETMS2 is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• DoW Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or high school with 8 years.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical document systems.
• Assist with tracking and completion support of commitments and document completion.
• Analyze program operations and develop improvement recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, and reports.
• Coordinate travel and prepare travel documentation.
• Ensure compliance with mission requirements and program objectives.
