Job summary

Amentum seeks a Submarine Forward Electronics System Analyst to join the Norfolk, VA team. You will provide technical, logistical, and analytical support to MARMC, focusing on PDMA and SubCOMA efforts. The role involves data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive submarine maintainability improvements.

The ideal candidate has Navy program experience and strong data analytics skills, with collaboration across RMCs and SMEs. Must be able to obtain a secret clearance; location is Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of full-time Navy program acquisition/lifecycle support experience.
• Three (3) years of full-time experience in Submarine Forward Electronic Systems acquisition/lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Research, collect, and organize submarine maintenance data from DoD/DON applications.
• Consolidate data into databases and develop queries/filters.
• Clean data and maintain databases for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze maintenance data trends to identify maintainability issues.
• Transform data into charts and tables to depict issues.
• Collaborate with SMEs to review validated data and identify solutions.
• Generate maintainability reports to support decision-making.
