Amentum in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a Senior Submarine Industrial Support Specialist to bridge technical planning and deckplate execution for critical Navy submarine programs. You will oversee schedules, audits, and ongoing work to ensure installations stay on track and mission-ready.

Your role emphasizes developing LARs and DFSs, preparing SHIPALT/ECI WAFs, and providing weekly progress reports to stakeholders, while coordinating with the Government OSIC team and AIT staff.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Government Clearance required.
• 10 years of practical experience with deckplate audits, LAR/DFS development, and OSIC liaison.
• Strong work controls background with schedule management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive project success by managing schedules, tracking progress, and leading hotwash events.
• Audit ongoing work, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate with AIT for deckplate sequencing.
• Prepare LARs and DFS documents and interpret drawings to keep installations on track.
• Provide weekly updates and expert reports to keep stakeholders informed.
