SEACORP in Middletown, RI is seeking a Combat Systems Test and Integration Engineer to verify system design and lead integration and test activities for the BYG-1 combat control system. This role emphasizes hands-on lab work and collaboration with development and program teams.

The ideal candidate has Navy submarine experience or equivalent hands-on submarine combat system exposure, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Navy submarine experience or equivalent hands-on submarine combat system exposure.
• Clear understanding of system integration and test activities.
• Experience with agile development environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify BYG-1 combat system design through integration and test activities.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify requirements.
• Document anomalies with clear problem reports and investigate root causes.
• Provide lab support and troubleshoot configuration and system issues; propose short- and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with development and program management teams in an agile setting.
