The Opportunity: We seek enthusiastic Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the development of an online Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Technology. The SME will work closely with the academic dean to define program outcomes and course descriptions aligned with industry standards and workforce needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear technology, including training or supervising entry-level employees.
• Advanced degree in Nuclear Technology, Physics, Energy Systems, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of nuclear energy's role in sustainable energy portfolios.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for nuclear power operations.
• Proficiency with personal computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with online teaching or supporting distance learners is desirable.
• Personal commitment to sustainability and the mission of the university.

The Location: This is a remote, online position; candidates must reside within the United States and ensure compliance with state tax regulations.
