Black & Veatch is seeking a Subcontracts Representative to support the Subcontracts Group on mildly complex subcontract development and administration for proposals and projects. The role involves coordinating bid processes, negotiations, and contract conforming to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

• All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search) in compliance with applicable laws.
• Preferred: BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Business or related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer mildly complex subcontracts.
• Manage the bid evaluation process through distribution of proposals to evaluators and bid tabulation, with recommendations for award.
• Coordinate the negotiation process with oversight and resolve simple to mildly complex terms and conditions.
• Coordinate award and contract conforming process and ensure subcontractor prequalification compliance.
• Run kick-off and progress meetings; draft and log meeting minutes for assigned subcontracts; draft/log formal correspondence; perform Change Management for assigned subcontract(s).
• Review and process invoices; close out assigned subcontracts.
