Responsibilities include development, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts, with emphasis on cost controls, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or related field substituted by experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, means, methods and equipment.
• Pre-employment checks may be required (background, drug screen, motor vehicle records).

Responsabilités

• Prepares and manages assigned subcontracts for projects.
• Ensures subcontract documents are issued on schedule.
• Assists with budget and schedule monitoring for subcontracts.
