Black & Veatch is seeking a Subcontracts Representative-BESS to support mildly complex subcontract development and administration across proposals and projects. The role covers prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract conforming with oversight.

Must have strong analytical and communication skills with a background in construction, engineering, or purchasing. On-site, full-time role with opportunities for growth within a 100% ESOP environment.

• Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Develops and administers subcontracts as needed for proposals or projects.
• Prepares subcontract bid documents and bidders list.
• Manages bid evaluations and prepares tabulations with the team.
• Coordinates negotiations and contract awards with oversight.
• Performs subcontract change management, invoicing review and closeout.
