• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Experience as a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) or Program Manager (PM) in large-scale operational environments
• Proven track record in managing and negotiating with subcontractors
• Strong understanding of finance, subcontracting, and contract types
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to respond quickly and accurately in a team setting
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with executives, employees, subcontractors, and customers

For our client, we are seeking a Subcontracts Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will provide senior-level oversight of subcontractor performance and serve as a key advisor during high-stakes transition activities. The position will partner closely with leadership and external subcontractor teams to keep schedules, costs, communications, and performance outcomes aligned with program objectives. It is a highly visible role focused on operational execution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in a large-scale services environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $116,350 – $210,325 annually
