Bechtel is seeking a motivated professional to participate in subcontract formation and administration for EPC heavy civil projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead bid packages, evaluate bids, and ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning from bid packages to contract execution and progress forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in all phases of contract lifecycle for moderately complex construction contracts.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions.
• Strong communication with project teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of bid request packages and develop project contracts operating procedures.
• Continual progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties in subcontract administration.
• Prepare and organize meetings (pre-bid, bid clarification, pre-award) with stakeholders.
